Our Produce

Our crops are geared towards Summer production and from the first picks of rhubarb and asparagus in the latter half of April, our incredible team of employees will be out in the fields harvesting most days up until mid November when the Tenderstem® broccoli season finishes.

Once harvested the asparagus ,rhubarb, artichokes and Tenderstem® broccoli will be rapidly cooled in one of our high humidity coolers within 15 minutes of leaving the field. This significantly increases the shelf life of these products. Mixed squash is harvested into wooden crates and dried and cured in our dedicated squash store
